Train-the-Trainer Services
The Kennedy Group provides certified trainers to work with the organization’s internal training department in conducting our packaged change management training programs.
The process includes a preliminary work session with the designated trainer(s); a walk through of the program; hands-on practice; and tailoring to the specific needs of the organization.
