Workshop Description
This
workshop provides executives with a strategic overview of change
management and the specific ways to support managers charged with its
implementation. It is a stand-along workshop; however, its value is
maximized if used with its companion piece, Managing Organizational Change®.
Outcomes

during each stage;
• Understand the costs to the organization if change is
