Managing Organizational Change® Workshop is a one-day workshop for up to 30 managers per workshop.
Workshop Description
Participants
experience each Stage of Change®; identify specific change issues
they are currently experiencing; practice new change management to more
effectively manage change; and develop specific action plans for
immediate back-on-the-job application.
Outcomes
As a result of the workshop, managers will:
• Understanding the four Stages of Change® and the
primary issues to be addressed during each stage;
• Recognizing and appreciate the behaviors and feelings
of employees and best ways to handle
• Appreciating the costs to the organization if change is
left unmanaged;
• Learning specific strategies and appropriate actions
for both employees AND customers;
• Setting specific actions for their own change situations.
